A Celles-sur-Ource, petit village fran\u00e7ais situ\u00e9 dans le d\u00e9partement de l\u2019Aube. Une petite commune implant\u00e9e dans la Cote des Bar, au sud de la\u00a0Champagne, qui regorge d\u2019histoire passionnantes\u2026 Nous souhaitons vous raconter celle de notre domaine Arnaud de Cheurlin, n\u00e9 le si\u00e8cle dernier gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la passion, l\u2019amour, d\u2019hommes et de femmes, entre parents, enfants, et arri\u00e8res petits-enfants o\u00f9 le travail et le respect de la terre sont nos principales valeurs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

After overcoming weather challenges and pests, we were able to rebuild our vineyard. We are now committed to producing the finest champagnes while upholding the utmost respect for our land, our ancestors, and Champagne traditions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

These are 10 hectares of vines and 3 Champagne grape varieties:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay, regularly tended to in order to extract the best and ensure the complexity of the blends. Rich in their diversity, Arnaud de Cheurlin cuv\u00e9es provide a surprise with each tasting. All five of your senses will be awakened.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our craft\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the expertise of our oenologist, we create our blends. The wine is bottled, capped, and then stored on \"laths\" in our dark, cool cellars for a minimum of 15 months, and up to 6 years for our exceptional vintages. The slow transformation of sugar by the yeasts causes the \"sparkling\" effect. Once this is complete and before our cuv\u00e9es can be tasted, we carry out the \"disgorging\" and control the \"dosage.\" We are committed to providing you with enjoyment for as long as possible.
