With the expertise of our oenologist, we create our blends. The wine is bottled, capped, and then stored on "laths" in our dark, cool cellars for a minimum of 15 months, and up to 6 years for our exceptional vintages. The slow transformation of sugar by the yeasts causes the "sparkling" effect. Once this is complete and before our cuvées can be tasted, we carry out the "disgorging" and control the "dosage." We are committed to providing you with enjoyment for as long as possible. It is with our hearts that we pass on to future generations our love for working with our vines and our wines. We wish you a pleasant tasting. The Arnaud de Cheurlin team.
